  • We advised on the USD$60M Novation Agreement between one of the world’s largest telecom firms and a Ghanaian Mobile Network Operator (MNO)
  • We advised an African telecom company on it vendor-financing agreement with the China
  • Commercial Bank’s $125M funding for an African capacity wholesale provider.
  • We worked on the USD$40M venture financing contract with a leading global telecom firm and an MNO.
  • We served as principal local lawyer alongside DLA Piper on due diligence of a Ghanaian MNO.
  • We worked on Internet Service Agreements with Busyinternet, K-Net, Afrinet, Ecoband, among other companies.
  • We worked on several cell site lease agreements with more than a hundred entities in 10 regions, involving over 230 cell sites scatter throughout Ghana.
  • We worked on Phone Distribution and Sale Agreements with companies including rLG, Gbangu, Paynet.
  • We worked on Security Services Agreements with a number of Private Security Co.
  • We prepared and reviewed several Commercial Tenancy Agreements; with various property owners and landlord.
  • We worked on Content Provider Agreements with Esoko Limited, Sunberry, etc. SMSGH, Auxono, Globacom, Mobinet, TxtGenesys, Nosmay, etc.
  • We worked on several Advertising Agreements with Joy Fm, CharterHouse, Adom Media, Digicast, Global Media Alliance, Kencity Media, Admedia, Alliance Media, GBC, Multimedia Group, Tv3, Sky Broadcasting, among others.
  • Worked on Co-location Agreements between a Telecom company and MTN, Tigo, Vodafone, Africaonline, Huawei, Tin-lfa, Teledata, etc.
  • We have worked on the preparation of several Closed-User Group Agreements with SSNIT, Barclays, National Security, etc.
  • We have worked on various Franchise and PPP Agreements for MMDAs, key among them the Akuapem South Municipal Assembly, MW Co Ltd., Thompson Co., Etc.
  • We prepared and reviewed various Managed Service Agreements between our clients and a Value service provider in Ghana.
  • We prepared and reviewed several Non Disclosure Agreements and Letters of Intent between our client a Ghanaian MNO and iT Sparkle Italia, Africa Towers Ltd., DSTv, Mobile Ltd., Ecobank, Merchant Bank, Stanchart, Gurantee Trust Bank, iT Sparkle Italia.
  • Prepared and reviewed the USD$2m dollar International Gateway Services Funding Agreement
